Remuneration Policy for Ryan Specialty Netherlands BV
Generally, our employees are remunerated on the basis of a fixed salary in line with market conditions.
Depending on the performance of the employee and the Company, there is the possibility that employees will receive variable remuneration. Any variable remuneration will be awarded in accordance with our Remuneration Policy and will not exceed the levels stipulated by regulation. Variable remuneration will only be awarded if the employee meets their financial and non-financial performance goals.
All our employees are required to act ethically, with due skill, care and diligence and to act in the best interests of our clients and the long-term interests of the Company. The assessment of these conduct requirements helps to inform the amount of fixed and variable remuneration of our employees.
