Originally launched in 2025 to address excess casualty placements, RT FLEX has grown into a multi-line platform spanning three major product verticals: Property, Casualty, and Professional & Executive Liability. Current lines include Property, Builder’s Risk, Excess Casualty, Construction, Professional Liability, Directors & Officers Liability, Errors & Omissions Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, and Medical Professional Liability.

RT FLEX follows established market leaders, providing up to 50% of a controlled layer, subject to underwriting approval and capacity availability, while aligning with the pricing, terms, and conditions set by lead carriers. Drawing on Ryan Alternative Risk’s underwriting infrastructure and RT Specialty’s distribution platform, the facility gives retail brokers a coordinated way to support complex placements with consistency across layers. The facility is available exclusively through RT Specialty and is backed by centralized underwriting oversight, actuarial expertise, portfolio management, and advanced analytics.
