Andy Gorman serves as Senior Vice President, Strategy and M&A. He joined Ryan Specialty in 2021 and has since led acquisitions in our wholesale brokerage, binding authority and underwriting management specialties.

Prior to joining Ryan Specialty, Andy was Vice President at J.P. Morgan, serving as a member of the insurance team within the investment banking division for 10 years, where he advised retail brokers, wholesale brokers and MGUs on M&A, IPOs and other capital raising activities. While at J.P. Morgan, Andy advised Ryan Specialty on its IPO, as well as on the acquisition and financing of All Risks.

Andy holds a degree in Mathematical Economics from Colgate University.
