George leads Ryan Financial Lines’ global cyber team and brings a diverse background of experience in both cyber insurance and the wider cybersecurity industry. He previously worked at Occam Underwriting, leading the day-to-day cyber underwriting capability while also managing Occam’s technical cyber security proposition.

Prior to joining the insurance industry, George was Information Security Officer at MS Amlin, which he joined from BAE Systems’ cybersecurity practice, where he advised clients which included financial services institutions, Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) and multi-national defense contractors. George holds multiple cybersecurity industry certifications, including CISSP, CISM, CISA and CRISC.
