Earlier this week, I attended the Independent Insurance Agents of Virginia convention in Virginia Beach on behalf of RSG.  Myself, along with the other show attendees, were fortunate to dodge the rain for

a few days of great discussions and idea exchanges, all while having the beach in our backyard!

The convention commenced with a beautiful art show on the Virginia Beach Boardwalk and a welcome dessert reception, followed by three days filled with informative sessions. The sessions highlighted the art of strategic planning and execution, common mistakes found during agent investigation, and so much more.

There were several networking opportunities, including a pizza luncheon and game night. I would like to thank everyone who I had the opportunity to speak with while at the IIAV convention, I left with a lot of useful insights and information.
