- Solutions that are available to both individuals and trust/LLC ownership
- Full-value primary and excess coverage for all risks cover (excluding flood and earthquake)
- HO3, HO5, HO6, HO8, DP1 and DP3 coverages with tiered product options as well as customized policy options.
- Earthquake as an additional cover
- Minimum building value is $1m
- Personal liability available up to $1m

- Properties exceeding $2.5m building value
- Solutions are available across 41 states, but they target the West Coast, Northeast and Southeast
