360° Underwriting is a managing general underwriter that specialises in risk managed latent defects insurance cover for both new build and refurbishment projects in the commercial and residential property sector, in additional to owner-controlled insurance programs comprising contractors’ “All Risks,” delay in start-up and third-party liability coverage.
Having joined the NYSE publicly traded Ryan Specialty in May of 2025, 360° Underwriting can now leverage further expertise across the firm to roll out new product offerings both in Ireland and further afield.
