MARCH 21, 2023 | MELVILLE, NY – WKFC Underwriting Managers (WKFC), Ryan Specialty’s (NYSE: RYAN) managing general underwriter serving the wider wholesale marketplace, is pleased to announce the promotions of two senior leaders effective immediately. Ravi Singhvi is promoted to President of WKFC Underwriting Managers and Joan Bauer to Chief Operating Officer, both effective immediately.

Ravi Singhvi joined WKFC in 2018 and was most recently the MGU’s Chief Operation Officer. Prior to WKFC, Ravi served as Vice President of Analytics at AJG/RPS from 2011-2018 and began his insurance career at NAPCO LLC where he worked from 2001-2011.

Joan has been instrumental in the implementation of new initiatives and programs as well as facilitating improvements between underwriters, management and development teams. Prior to WKFC, Joan was a property broker for a leading global specialty insurance distributor.
