JUNE 1, 2020, EXTON, PA—SUITELIFE® Underwriting Managers, a leading managing general underwriter for full service hotels, premier hotels, boutique hotels, condo-hotels, resorts and hotel management companies, is pleased to announce the addition of Zach Gentile as an underwriter and Daniel Speas as business development executive. SUITELIFE® is a Series of RSG Underwriting Managers, LLC (RSGUM).

As underwriter, Zach Gentile will be responsible for writing new and renewal business building a profitable book for SUITELIFE®. He will also be responsible for developing business relationships with key hospitality brokers on the East Coast.

Zach comes to SUITELIFE® from Willis Towers Watson where he served as a middle market client manager focusing on higher education, public entities, manufacturing and real estate. Zach started with Willis Towers Watson as an assistant client manager and received his bachelor’s in business administration from Temple University.

Dan Speas joins the SUITELIFE® team as a business development executive in the South West. He will work to maintain and build broker relationships, drive submission activity and identify new growth opportunities for SUITELIFE® specifically targeting Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico and Southern California.

Dan brings a wealth of experience to the role as a former territory manager for State Auto Insurance. In that position, he managed large agency relationships for the company’s Arizona and Colorado regions. Prior to that, he served as Arizona territory manager for Houston General Insurance Management Company, a subsidiary of One Beacon Insurance Group, where he successfully launched a personal and commercial lines carrier into eight states. He has a bachelor’s in science from Northern Arizona University.
