JULY 13, 2026 | CHICAGO, IL – Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers (“RSUM”), the underwriting management division of Ryan Specialty (NYSE: RYAN), is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeff Smith to CEO of newly created Ryan Specialty Renewables effective immediately. Ryan Specialty Renewables is RSUM’s managing general underwriting practice focused on the global delivery of renewable and energy transition solutions. This announcement includes the rebranding and unification of RSUM’s three existing renewable energy MGUs – PERse North America, PERse International and Albus. The MGU rebranding will be completed during the third quarter of 2026.
