AUGUST 21, 2025 | CHICAGO, IL – Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers (“RSUM”), the underwriting management division of Ryan Specialty (NYSE: RYAN), is pleased to announce the appointment of Alan Ferguson as Chief Executive Officer of US Assure, effective September 1, 2025.

Alan will continue to serve as President of US Assure while assuming the CEO role, succeeding Ty Petway, who will retire after more than 30 years of dedicated leadership and service. Ty’s vision and commitment have been instrumental in shaping the company’s growth and culture, and RSUM extends its deepest appreciation for his lasting contributions.
