March 15, 2021 | Chicago, IL – Ryan Specialty Group is pleased to announce the new formalized leadership structure for Ryan Re Underwriting Managers, LLC (Ryan Re), subsidiary of Ryan Specialty Group, LLC. Ryan Re was founded in 2019 to specialize in North American Property and Casualty treaty reinsurance and underwrites on behalf of Nationwide (AM Best A+ XV, S&P A+). This structure reflects the true collaboration of its principles and their active involvement developing Ryan Re as a premier broker reinsurance market.

Effective immediately, the executive leadership team for Ryan Re is as follows:

• Brian Boornazian – Executive Chairman
• Emil Issavi – Chief Executive Officer and President

In these leadership roles, both Brian and Emil will continue to be actively engaged in all aspects of Ryan Re’s management, underwriting and business development.
