Designed for retail agents, this development marks a significant step forward in RFL’s commitment to providing accessible, specialized coverage for agencies across the country.

The enhanced program is tailored for Property & Casualty, Personal Lines, and Life & Health insurance agencies with annual revenues under $10 million, offering limits up to $5 million / $5 million. Claims are handled by a dedicated team of in-house risk management professionals, creating a consistent and client-focused experience.

Coverage Highlights:

• RFL acts as the program manager, providing deep underwriting experience and expertise in key agency classes.
• Defense Outside the Limits is available to qualifying risks.
• First Dollar Defense is available to qualifying risks.
• A $100,000 first party cyber sub-limit, with Privacy and Security Liability sub-limits up to $1 million / $1 million is available to select insureds.
• In-house claims handling provided by experienced professionals.
• Dedicated risk management hotline included to provide insureds with support and guidance.
