November 1, 2017, CHICAGO, IL – Ryan Specialty Group, LLC, is pleased to announce today the completion of the acquisition of the assets and operations of Oxford Insurance Services LLC (Oxford), a wholesale insurance brokerage headquartered in Houston, Texas. The acquired business is part of R-T Specialty, LLC (RT Specialty), the wholesale brokerage unit of Ryan Specialty Group. The transaction was previously announced on October 23, 2017.
