This new offering mirrors Freberg’s current environmental underwriting appetite and enhances the flexibility by providing access to excess limits across a broad range of environmental risks. This new offering can be written either over existing Freberg programs or other environmental coverage carriers’ primary programs.

Program highlights:

• Available nationwide in all 50 states
• Limits up to $10 million
• Supports general liability, contractors pollution liability, professional liability, environmental impairment liability and products pollution liability

Target risks include a variety of operations and facilities, such as:

• Environmental contractors, consultants and engineers
• Remediation and cleanup specialists
• Solar and alternative energy contractors
• Waste management and recycling operations
