FEBRUARY 25, 2025 | CHICAGO, IL – Ryan Specialty (NYSE: RYAN) (“Ryan Specialty”), a leading international specialty insurance firm, is pleased to announce effective immediately the promotion of Dawn D’Onofrio to EVP, Global Chief Underwriting Officer of its specialty underwriting segment, Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers (“RSUM”).

Dawn has spent her entire career in delegated underwriting and leadership roles. Dawn moving into this role is part of RSUM’s ongoing commitment to top talent and resources focused on delivering industry-leading underwriting results to our carrier trading partners. Dawn will oversee underwriting governance, assurance and drive technical excellence across the RSUM platform.

Dawn’s new role is effective immediately and will begin a 90-day transition of WKFC Underwriting Managers (“WKFC”) and AgRisk Underwriters (“AgRisk”) to Velocity Risk Underwriters (“Velocity Risk”), which Ryan Specialty acquired earlier this month. Ravi Singhvi, President of WKFC Underwriting Managers, will continue to lead WKFC and AgRisk as the attritional property specialty of the merged entity.
