Tim Davis is President of JEM Underwriting Managers, a part of Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers.  JEM specializes in property with a heavy emphasis on natural catastrophe risks and is exclusively available to RT Specialty brokers.

Prior to joining JEM Underwriting Managers, Tim spent six years at AmWINS Special Risk Underwriters as a property underwriter. During his tenure, he attended the AmWINS Sales and Leadership Academy and received the MVP of the Month recognition three times for streamlining operations and developing underwriting tools.

Tim is a graduate of North Park University with dual bachelor’s degrees in History and French and is a veteran of the United States Army.
