Tom Nash is President of CorRisk Solutions. He was named President following the acquisition of Socius Insurance Brokers and Kelly Underwriting Services in July of 2023.

Tom was the founding principal of Kelly Underwriting Services which had been acquired on 1/1/23 by Socius. Armed with vision, experience and an entrepreneurial spirit, Tom created Kelly Underwriting Services in 2012. He is proud that Underwriters at Lloyd’s of London have entrusted him and the firm as an appointed Lloyd’s Coverholder. Prior to creating Kelly Underwriting in 2012, Tom in 2003 started and managed the professional liability underwriting business for WKF&C Agency. He wrote the business plan, proposed the rates, forms, and guidelines and obtained “the pen” from the London market.

Tom has also underwritten and managed professional liability books of business at Great American, CNA Insurance, Reliance National and The Home Insurance Company. The products underwritten include MPL, IAB, Real Estate, Accountants, A&E, Lawyers, Allied Healthcare and others.

Tom has spent his entire 30+ year insurance career underwriting various professional liability products on behalf of specialist insurers. He has a proven track record of generating profitable results for carriers. For over twenty years, he has represented the London market as a lead underwriter for multiple underwriting facilities.
