Thomas Cranley currently serves as the Global Chief Operating Officer of Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers. In this role, he is responsible for supporting growth and efficiency through technology and operations. This includes implementing new strategic products, processes, platforms and AI solutions. In addition, Thom is responsible for integrating global acquisitions and achieving targeted synergies.

Previously, Thom was a Principal at EY, where he led the U.S. P&C Consulting practice. At EY he also served as Global Client Partner for several of the world’s largest and most respected P&C insurers. Prior to EY, Thom served in various executive leadership roles at a regional P&C carrier.  He began his career at Andersen Consulting / Accenture, where he was a leadership partner in the P&C insurance practice.
