Scott is an ACA qualified accountant and spent nine years prior to joining Ryan Direct Group working in practice at KPMG in audit and corporate finance internationally specializing in financial services. In 2002, Scott joined Ryan Direct Group as Financial Director to provide the business with the platform for future growth. With the retirement of two founding directors of Ryan Direct Group in 2007, Scott was a key part of the management buy-out.
