Roland is the Chief Operating Officer at Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers International, joining the group as part of the Castel acquisition in May 2024. His responsibilities cover all operational functions of the business, as well as being a director and approved person for the International platform’s regulated companies.

Roland is a chartered accountant and previously held the title of Chief Financial Officer at Castel, having joined the Barbican Insurance Group in 2012.
