Pam Quilici serves as President of Ryan Specialty Transportation Underwriting Managers, a division of Ryan Specialty.  She joined Crouse & Associates in 1996, ultimately holding the position of Chief Operating Officer. Following the Ryan Specialty acquisition in 2021, Pam transitioned into the role of President at Ryan Specialty Transportation Underwriting Managers (RSTUM).  Today, Pam is driving impactful solutions at RSTUM through collaborations with key carriers and reinsurers.

Since 2003, Pam has been actively involved and held many positions within the California Surplus Lines Association (CSLA). She is currently on the Board of Directors and Chair of the Next Generation Committee.

Pam’s passion for lifting others led her to co-found of Women of Wholesale (WOW) in 2018, a non-profit, professional association for women in the wholesale industry with a national reach that empowers women and supports underserved communities.

She is also a part of USC Risk Management program’s advisory council, underscoring her dedication to education and helping to set the trajectory for future risk professionals.

Pam’s impact is helping to shape the insurance landscape and beyond, solidifying her as a true trailblazer within the industry.
