Nick Champness is the CEO of L3 Underwriting Managers, a worldwide international property (direct and facultative) offering covering a wide range of occupancies.

Prior to joining Ryan Specialty, Nick was Deputy Head of the Marlowe Consortium for eight years and AVP of Allied World International Property for seven years. He started his insurance career at the Meacock Syndicate, where he first acquired his insurance expertise over a seven-year period.

Nick graduated from the University of Southampton with a degree in management science and Spanish. He is a fluent Spanish, Dutch, German and Portuguese speaker.
