Marissa Moscowitz, Chief Operating Officer of RT Specialty, oversees RT Specialty’s operations, including strategic planning and execution, customer service, process improvement and acquisition integration, focusing on driving RT Specialty’s commitment to automation, process improvement and operational excellence. Marissa leads the business and technical training teams as well as RT Connector’s support team. Having started with RT Specialty in 2019, she has held multiple positions in operations, including oversight for surplus lines, agency administration, technology initiatives, strategic planning and customer support. 

Prior to joining RT Specialty, Marissa oversaw operations for Evive and managed the implementation their benefits software. Before her role with Evive, Marissa worked with both Marsh and McClennan and Aon, focusing on risk management and implementing technology solutions to support risk management solutions.

Marissa earned her bachelor’s in business administration from Miami University, majoring in finance and management information systems, and earned her MBA at Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. She stays active in her community by focusing her volunteer efforts with the Anti-Defamation League.
