Lisa Paschal is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Ryan Specialty. Lisa joined Ryan Specialty in April 2014. She previously spent nine years as Senior Vice President, Human Resources with Argo Group. Prior to that Lisa held increasingly responsible HR leadership positions with Hartford Financial Services and Hess Oil.

Lisa began her career in human resources in the retail industry with National Convenience Stores before returning to law school at South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. Upon earning her Juris Doctorate, she practiced employment and family law in Houston before returning to the corporate world managing Employee Relations for Hess Oil. Lisa earned both her Bachelor and Master’s degrees from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
