Lana Jankovic is Chief Audit and Risk Officer for Ryan Specialty. Lana has over 25 years of insurance industry experience in internal audit, SOX compliance, information technology, risk management and process improvement. Ms. Jankovic’s previous position at Ryan Specialty was as Vice President of Internal Audit and SOX Compliance, where she led the implementation of the firm’s financial controls compliance program with the transition of Ryan Specialty to a publicly traded company in mid-2021.

Before joining Ryan Specialty, Ms. Jankovic was Vice President of North American Internal Audit and Global SOX at AmTrust Financial. Prior to that, she worked at Deloitte providing internal audit services to insurance sector companies such as Aon, and held internal audit and risk positions at Kemper and Liberty International.

Lana has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Boston College and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BA) from Hartwick College. She also holds the Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Risk and Information Systems Control professional designations.
