Kirk A. Behrens serves as Executive Vice President of Operations, Technology & Data Analytics for Ryan Specialty. Kirk joined Ryan Specialty in 2021 and has extensive strategy, operations and technology experience within insurance brokerages from a career spanning more than 25 years.

Prior to joining Ryan Specialty, Kirk held senior leadership positions at Aon, including Chief Information Officer, Aon plc. and Chief Operating Officer, Global Health Solutions. He also previously held leadership roles at Marsh and was a management consultant at Accenture.

Kirk earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Iowa.
