Jill McTiernan is Chief Executive Officer for Ryan Specialty National Programs. Jill leverages her deep expertise in advanced analytics and risk modeling to drive sustainable profitability for capacity providers, cultivating relationships with the practice group’s key carrier trading partners.

Jill most recently served as Vice President and Head of Alternative Risk Property at Lexington Insurance Company, where she was involved in relationships with large complex risk-focused MGUs and MGAs. Previously, she was Vice President and Head of Underwriting Operations for programs at XL Group.

Jill received her bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Merrimack College.
