Chris Pass is a President of RT ProExec. With approximately 25 years of management liability experience, Chris specializes in negotiating coverage for complex placements with particular emphasis on structuring programs for financial institutions. Chris leads the financial institution team in the Bloomfield, CT office.

Prior to joining RT ProExec in 2005 via the OakBridge Acquisition, Chris was a broker with Marsh USA, Inc.  While at Marsh, Chris focused on structuring private equity and Venture Capital insurance placements and managing Executive Liability programs for portfolio companies.

Chris began his career in insurance as an Underwriter with National Union (AIG) where he underwrote directors and officers liability, employment practices liability and fiduciary liability insurance.
