Chris Narron serves as Co-President of Ryan Specialty National Programs, President of DEAM Underwriters, and President of SUITELIFE Underwriting Managers. As Co‑President of Ryan Specialty National Programs where he oversees Dealer Protect and Self‑Storage Protect programs tailored for niche industries in need of class‑specific insurance solutions. In these roles, Chris is responsible for fostering program growth, strengthening carrier capacity, and advancing underwriting excellence across a suite of specialized package offerings.

Chris brings deep expertise in commercial property underwriting, program development, MGA operations, and leadership of high‑performing underwriting teams. Prior to joining Ryan Specialty, Chris spent more than 15 years at an MGA focused on catastrophe and specialty insurance, most recently serving as Division President where he led strategic initiatives and operational execution while driving consistent growth with strong profitability. Chris later joined a wholesale program administrator as Vice President, supporting the launch of multiple programs and contributing to reinsurance strategy and corporate initiatives.

Throughout his career, Chris has maintained direct underwriting leadership across complex classes including habitational, mixed real estate, REO/force‑placed, warehousing, and other occupancies with nationwide distribution and significant CAT exposure. He is recognized for cultivating high‑value carrier partnerships, fostering innovative solutions, and driving growth through disciplined underwriting and market insight.

Chris holds the CPCU, ASLI, and ARe designations. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Investment Finance from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
