Brad G. Storey, President of Irwin Siegel Agency (ISA), brings a strategic and forward-thinking approach to operational efficiency and innovation to the human and social services insurance arena.
Early in his career, Brad worked as a quality assurance analyst, where he led the Joint Commission re-accreditation process and focused on risk management. In 2003, he was elected chairperson of the Utilization Review Committee for a nonprofit supporting low-income individuals with mental illness. His background also includes managing residential group homes and a boarding home for homeless veterans at a community mental health center.
Brad is a Certified Praesidium Guardian™, reflecting his deep understanding of the complexities of sexual abuse risks in social services and the implementation of effective risk controls. He has presented on organizational safety and risk management at various conferences and served on the Board of Directors for a National Association for Psychiatric Rehabilitation from 2010 to 2011.
Brad received his BA in Social Science with a concentration in Criminology from Ramapo College of New Jersey and holds a master’s degree in social work, administration, policy, and planning from Rutgers University. While attending graduate school, he completed internships in a Jail Diversion Case management program and General Administration, focusing on research, grant writing, and quality management.
