Blake Allen serves as Chief Information Officer for Ryan Specialty. He is responsible for advancing the firm’s technology strategy and capabilities to support growth, strengthen operational excellence and enable continued transformation across the enterprise. In this role, Blake leads with a focus on scalable operating models, modern technology ecosystems, data and automation, and the alignment of people, processes and technology to drive business performance and manage risk.

Prior to becoming Chief Information Officer, Blake served as Chief Operating Officer of Ryan Specialty Benefits, where he focused on building scalable operating capabilities, integrating acquired businesses and advancing technology and operational modernization. He joined Ryan Specialty in 2023 through its combination with Point6 Healthcare, where he also served as Chief Operating Officer.

Blake brings more than 20 years of experience in business transformation, global operations and technology-enabled modernization. Prior to Point6 Healthcare, he held roles with Sutherland, PwC and Hewitt Associates. Throughout his career, he has designed and implemented operating models, led large-scale transformation initiatives and helped organizations improve business functions across industries including insurance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, retail, consumer products and professional and managed services.
