Bill Evans is Co-President of Ryan Specialty National Programs, a division of Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers. Ryan Specialty National Programs is dedicated to developing, underwriting, distributing and administering class focused products with multiline coverage solutions.

In September 2020, Bill joined Ryan Specialty through the acquisition of All Risks, where he served various leadership positions for more than a decade. He most recently served as Vice President with direct oversight of the real estate and temporary staffing programs. Bill also had responsibility for compliance and governance of NSP in addition to being instrumental in the development of numerous Lloyd’s relationships.

With his Co-President counterpart, Bill is responsible for identifying growth opportunities and delivering new niche programs for underserved classes of business. Together, the co-presidents lead more than 100 program managers, underwriters, and associates with in-house binding authority.

Through exclusive market access, experience in product innovation, and the support of the world-class firm, Ryan Specialty, NSP secures an advantageous position as program administrator of choice to retail insurance agents and brokers with an extensive list of specialty programs for a wide variety of hard-to-place commercial classes.

Bill received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and an MBA in Finance from Johns Hopkins University. He also holds the CIC, CRM, and ASLI designations.
