Alan serves as President of US Assure, a role he has held since 2019. He leads corporate strategy and the day-to-day operational decisions at the company.

Prior to this role, he was Chief Underwriting Officer, overseeing the underwriting integrity of programs administered by US Assure and the development of new products and establishing standards for their service center. Since joining the company in 1993, Alan has been a key contributor to the advancement of the technology platform and product portfolio. Early in his career, he led efforts to develop and release the online policy issuance system.

Alan is a graduate of Jacksonville University. He is also recognized as a member of the United Way Tocqueville Society and an active supporter of the Boys & Girls Club of Northeast Florida.
