RSG Visits the Annual IIA of Texas Convention
Last week RSG closed out the 118th Annual IIA of Texas Convention in San Antonio, TX. The Convention included three days of jam-packed sessions – from a Grand Opening party commencing the festivities, to engaging and insightful speakers, not to mention a live country music concert- the Convention had something for everyone.
RSG had great meetings with a variety of talented agents and brokers. Also, we learned how to apply Navy SEAL principles to our daily business operations from Clint Bruce, a Navy SEAL veteran. Clint made a unique comparison between testing leadership insights in today’s marketplace to the unforgiving world and “no fail” environment of SEAL team deployments.
Additional speakers included Mant Peters, President/ Executive Director at IIAT, Ryan Hanley, of TrustedChoice.com and Managing Editor at AgencyNation.com, and Aubie Knight, Independent Insurance Agents of North Carolina, speaking on ‘An Eye Toward Remaining Relevant’ in today’s ever-changing marketplace.
